Amy Impellizzeri is a force of movement and fitness. She has been sharing movement in her nurturing, challenging, & fun teaching style, globally for 15+ years. Amy is a full-time traveler, living as a nomad, and loves to be outside. Continuously inspired to train, teach, learn and share with larger and more diverse audiences, Amy has traveled to global locales such as Kenya, Thailand, Australia, Europe & the United States. In addition, Amy was the Festival Director of AcroYoga International for 6 years and is the Co-Developer of AcroFit. She taught dance for 26 years, including 10 years at the University of Oregon as full-time faculty. Amy is a Certified Personal Trainer, Mobility & Recovery Specialist, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and a plant lover. Join her on the movement mission.

Core & Acro Mobility
I love to teach movement! Currently teaching movement to all levels of experience. Acro, Dance, Yoga, Exercise, Circuit Training, Core Conditioning and Fitness Fun! I taught dance for 10+ years at the University of Oregon including modern & contact improvisation. I taught climbing for over 8 years. And have been doing personal training and sharing acro for over 10 years. Currently traveling and teaching Acro, Core, and Fitness- contact me!
